What MinuteKeep does

MinuteKeep helps organizations maintain structured information about corporations, directors and officers, shareholders, share transactions, meetings, resolutions, compliance dates, supporting documents, and activity history. It includes document templates, PDF summaries, JSON backup tools, and optional encrypted backups.

The application is a recordkeeping tool. It does not incorporate companies, file government returns, provide legal or tax advice, or decide which documents or approvals a corporation requires.

A deliberately local-first product

Core corporate-record content is stored locally on the user's computer. MinuteKeep does not require a hosted MinuteKeep account for ordinary recordkeeping and does not monetize user activity through advertising or behavioral analytics. Users decide how and where to back up their records.

Available for Mac and Windows

The Windows edition is distributed through Microsoft Store and uses the purchaser's Microsoft account entitlement. The direct Mac edition is purchased from this website and uses a MinuteKeep license key. Each platform is a separate one-time purchase, and the licensing rules are stated plainly on the pricing page and in the license terms.
